Our management teams have provided the leadership necessary to successfully maintain contract compliance with minimal government oversight, from mobilization and ramp-up in 2006 through the present date.  HF Consultants has provided timely, professional service to travel trailer and manufactured home occupants in our assigned area in the form of deactivations of THUs (mobile homes, travel trailers, Mississippi Park Models and Mississippi cottages), deactivation inspections, preventative maintenance inspections, preventative maintenance, routine maintenance, emergency maintenance, and septic bladder pumping.  During the more than 2 ½ years following contract award, HF Consultant managed personnel and subcontractors performance for more than 4,000 THU deactivations and conducted more than 22,000 deactivation and preventative inspections for FEMA temporary housing units on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  HF Consultants manage a team that maintains meticulous records and statistical data used to identify trends through use of our internet-based database and hard copy documentation.  HF Consultant’s performance in this contract has demonstrated our Team’s ability to
1.Provide a quality work product while adhering to contract schedules and budgetary constraints
2.Maintain accurate records and contract reporting
3.Successfully manage subcontractors and other parties involved in the work, and
4.Our ability to provide and execute solutions when problems occur.
